Years ago, we had a service contract with a big name company and it seemed like all they ever wanted to do was sell us high-end equipment for things that we didn't need. Through an aquaintence I contacted Bay Business Machines. In the past, we had daily issues trying to print our policy and invoice documents. Brian and Troy came in and provided us with options that now allow us to print our daily production documents five times faster, with virtually no issues, and at significantly less cost than before. They provided solutions instead of just trying to sell us equipment, not to mention helped save us a ton of money.

We had a high-end production color printer in our department that we relied on heavily that had been giving us nothing but headaches. Not being able to match colors consistently, not being able to staple or collate, just one problem after another. Quite frankly, I wasn't really comfortable with the knowledge level of the service technicians that came in, and there were more than one. I just feel like if you sell it you should be able to service it. Brian from Bay Business Machines comes in, rolls up his sleeves, and got into all of the programming and software and fixes all of the problems that we were having. All of them. I personally appreciated him taking ownership of the problem that he inherited. Their service level is excellent, and Brian was very attentive and patient.
